
Part of its pursuit for perfection, renovation work has been finished in the main branch of Toyota and Lexus spare parts centre in Manama, emphasizing on total customer satisfaction to all Toyota and Lexus users from Ebrahim K. Kanoo (B.S.C.).
The interior witnessed a major makeover including a reception desk to welcome the visitors, also a spacious waiting area with modern comfortable chairs, plus dividing the parts ordering and receiving sections making it a fast and easy process, all in a friendly welcoming environment that suits the image of Toyota and Ebrahim K. Kanoo.
In addition to the change on the interior, a state-of-the-art information and operational ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system was applied to deliver superior management tools and consistent information across the enterprise, thus to enable superior customer service for the company’s extensive customer base.
And to make the experience more convenient to the customers, Manama spare parts centre working hours were extended to include the morning shift of Friday, allowing the work to be continuous throughout the week.
The Toyota spare parts Centre supports after -sales marketing activities with its seven branches situated at various strategic locations. Toyota Genuine Parts, accessories, motor oil lubricants and car care products can be purchased by customers from 8 locations in Bahrain, Manama, Sitra, Isa town, Arad, Muharraq, Hamad town, Budaiya and East Riffa .
It’s worth mentioning that Ebrahim K. Kanoo are in the process of completing two major projects, “Toyota plaza” which will be the biggest service center in the region, also the new Lexus showroom, which will reflect the beauty and elegance of the Lexus brand in Bahrain.
