Ebrahim K. Kanoo Launches a New Service

Ebrahim K. Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Bahrain has launched a new service for its customers designed to ensure that their vehicles are in the optimum condition and prevent unforeseen repairs; therefore, maximizing reliability and safety. This service ,which is due to start from the 1st week of May 2009 will use SMS to contact customers  with cars whose manufacturer warranty is about to expire and invite them to visit a service center for a comprehensive  visual inspection of their car and a road test by a Toyota qualified Technician. This inspection is free and a report will be provided to each customer .In the event of any warranty repairs being required, these will be carried out at no cost, providing the service history of the car meets the warranty conditions. Any other repairs or service work will be discussed with the customer.

This service will be available at the service centers in Isa Town and Arad.

EKK has recently celebrated Oracle Applications implementation into its operations. One of the many advantages of the new system is having the database readily available and manageable for such direct customer communication campaigns which will add more value and benefit for the customers. 

Toyota and Lexus After Sales network spreads over the whole Kingdom of Bahrain in as many as 4 Service facilities, 2 Body & Paint Centers and 8 Parts Outlets. In addition to that, Ebrahim K. Kanoo is currently busy working on the final phases of the largest service facility in the region, the Toyota Plaza. The 1 million square foot project is scheduled to operate later this year and will be a landmark facility for all Toyota and Lexus automotive needs.
