Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo awards Service employees

In a big ceremony, Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo, the sole distributer of Toyota and Lexus in Bahrain, awarded 52 of its service technicians in Toyota Service Center in Isa town. The awardees were divided into 2 categories where 47 technicians received “The Toyota Technician” certificates and 5 service advisers received “The Toyota Service Adviser” certificates. The certification, which is administered by Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan, was upon the completion of a full training program and qualifying tests.
Toyota and Lexus staff training and development is conducted round the year and is aimed at improving the skills and capabilities of staff in an effort towards continuously enhancing Toyota and Lexus customer satisfaction level.
“This training comes as a part of the commitment of the top management in Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo to provide development opportunities to the employees and to always enhance the customer’s experience with Toyota and Lexus in Bahrain” said Mr. Michael Goode, General Manager of Toyota Service Division.
The ceremony was also attended by Senior Service Manager Mr. George Koshy who co-handed the certificates along with Mr. Goode, Manager of Toyota service center in Arad Mr. Mustafa Hamed, HR & Administration Manager Mr. Mohammed Nasser plus Training Executive Mr. Abdul Ameer from Ebrahim khalil Kanoo.
