Kanoo Information Technology Organises Seminar on Nortel Solutions

Nortel, in association with Kanoo Information Technology (Kanoo IT) presented a seminar on Nortel solutions for “Small to Medium Businesses” (SMB) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Wednesday, 28th of November 2007. The seminar was well-attended by industry professionals and was focused on the latest trends in the communication market and Nortel’s role in providing cutting edge technology to various market segments. Mr. Waleed Kanoo, General Manager – Kanoo IT was present during the event.

Conducting the seminar Mr.Sumedh Ganpate, Senior Sales Engineer extensively covered the key topic of Nortel SMB Portfolio with focus on Voice and Data product lines which is cost effective and converged. These solutions are positioned for customers having single site and multiple-sites in the same country or different countries.
The two-hour seminar touched upon the Nortel product portfolio comprising of “Business Communication Manager (BCM) which includes IP Telephony and applications such as Intelligent Contact Center, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Unified Messaging. Related product line of Business Ethernet Switches (BES), Business Access Point (BAP) and Business Secure Router (BSR) were also covered during the seminar. The seminar was presented in an interactive manner with Q&A sessions at regular intervals.
