EKK organized Career Fair

Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo B.S.C. (c) organized a Career Fair on the 22nd and 23rd September 2006 in the hope of attracting some of Bahrain’s brightest young talent to join the company.

On offer were jobs across a wide spectrum of professional fields, such as sales and marketing and various administrative and technical positions in the automotive and IT sectors.

The response that followed the advertising about the fair was nothing short of spectacular. Over the space of the two day event the HR team of the company met over 1,000 young, talented Bahraini potential employees.

Speaking at the event, Mr Talal F Kanoo commented, we are absolutely delighted with this response to our career fair initiative. We are spending a lot of time and effort trying to recruit and train quality Bahraini employees and I feel sure that we met a lot of our future employees during the last two days. I was particularly impressed with the turn out to the event. I think that it demonstrates clearly that E. K. Kanoo is an employer of choice to work for in Bahrain. As we plan our expansion of the business, we need good quality people to help us achieve this growth. Our company philosophy is to find and train the right people and we will continue to invest in Bahraini’s to achieve this aim.
